
Garut, November 12, 2025 - Graduate School Institut Pendidikan Indonesia (IPI) Garut Garut, November 12, 2025 - The Graduate School of Institut Pendidikan Indonesia (IPI) Garut continues to expand its network of international academic partnerships through the signing of a strategic cooperation document with Chirchiq Davlat Pedagogika Universiteti (ChDPU), Uzbekistan. The implementation of this collaboration is realized through the International Guest Lecturer Program under the Master’s Program in Educational Technology, which features two academics from ChDPU: Dr. Kibrio Buriyeva and Dr. Jabbor Usarov.
The signing of the cooperation document marks an initial step in strengthening the institutional relationship between IPI Garut and ChDPU, while also paving the way for various sustainable academic collaborations in the future. This event serves as a significant milestone in expanding inter-university partnerships across countries and fostering the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the fields of educational technology and educational research.
The two guest lecturers delivered courses focusing on research methodology and research innovation in the development of learning technology, designed to enhance students’ understanding of scientific approaches in the study and practice of educational technology. The arrival of Dr. Kibrio Buriyeva and Dr. Jabbor Usarov was warmly welcomed by the leadership of the IPI Garut Graduate School and the academic community of the Master’s Program in Educational Technology in an engaging and interactive academic atmosphere.

In its remarks, IPI Garut emphasized that this collaboration represents a concrete step toward realizing the university’s vision of internationalization. This guest lecturer program also serves as an important platform for students of the Master’s Program in Educational Technology to gain insights into global practices in education and research, as well as the application of technological innovations in 21st-century learning.
